Rob has done well so far, but asking for ~6million performance shares, a month after selling a heap on market when the share price was tanking is a bit rich. I get the sale was to fund a real estate purchase, but it’s a bit cheeky. Agree with the above comment about only rewarding 62%Fe +. Will have to review the peer group to see if the other prerequisite is appropriate.
