IMO, the performance shares are a win-win, if RB qualifies for them, FEX will have delivered for shareholders.
Considering we are a 1.25mt pa operation, every 1mt tonnes found as such is a good outcome for the LT future. 3mil performance rights are worth effectively nothing compared to 15mt resource at minimum 60% grade.
And considering the great job RB has done so far, keep him happy and keep him around!
