I guess it depends on whether you think the glass is half full or empty. I agree with you that if this motion is approved, the company has the potential to place a capital raising in the next 12 months. I also agree with others that Votiro has the potential to transform this company in the next 12 to 18 months.

Potentially AW is leading with a cautious step, and obtaining the approval in the event the MC raises above $300M in the next twelve months (Nov 2022), but also still finds itself needing short term funds to pay for commitments while other sources of revenue (hardware) wait for supply chains to normalise.

I don't think this is necessarily all bad, and is potentially a logical safeguard for the current market forces.

I leave my sentiment at hold, but would happily buy in a capital raising at some point in the next 12 months 'ceteris paribus'.
