I think the key point is that they have goals and targets now. That is to get to mining. There have been plenty of incentives provided to do that already and they, like us, should be hanging out for the big payday for the generous shares already provided. They should not be creating "performance goals" now that are just infill on what should be already expected subgoals from any progression to mining. The place to set those up was earlier in the process, and in exchange for less at the end.
