Given our resource size, demand etc etc, Lets make 5 tranches for 1 million bonus shares each time at following prices and align it to shareholders benefits too

Tranche 1 = $1 = This means $1 million bonus for the every one
Tranche 2 = $3 = 3 million bonus
Tranche 3 = $5 = 5 million bonus
Tranche 4 = $10 =10 million bonus
Tranche 5 = $15 = 15 million bonus

Which equates to whopping 34 million $ bonus for everyone on the board.
