And more from me. I'm supportive (mostly) of what management have achieved to date but this is breathtakingly poor form. I consider myself a reasonable person with a good sense of fairness and this just does not sit right at all. I would urge the Board to reconsider these proposals. I also note the silence from many of the more vocal supporters of the company on this thread, and suspect their silence speaks volumes.
