    Your suggested tranche hurdles represent a far more equitable outcome for SH's IMO. I'm all for significant upside for management and BODs, but the proposal on the table for the AGM really does reward par-for-the-course performance.

    I've already voted no via their Share Registry. FYI, they use "Automatic" for anyone else that would like to vote now online.
