It's either a good thing to do or it isn't I am on the side of the latter because we have been giving them wads of issue plus a sizable salary for years already to achieve precisely what they are supposed to do. That is, get us to mining.

Nothing has changed and they've effectively demanded a big payrise for doing the job they've already signed on for. These performance hurdles are not challenges if they are going to do what they are paid to do, get us to mining. So why reward extra for the things they are already contracted to do, the things they need to do to get us to mining.

I do not hold to the idea that we'll all be making so much we can pay them whatever they ask for. They are well enough compensated now. So get on with it AVZ team, get your head out of the pig bin, and get us to mining.
