Motion six, the conditional spill motion that the Chairman intends to vote against has the 'for' and 'against' boxes reversed from normal practice.
A few holders who fill these forms out quickly manually or online may vote the opposite way to which they intended if they don't take notice of the change.
This won't matter if the 'top 20' holders mostly vote one way, but in the perhaps unlikely event that a vote was close, it could be a decider.
It's a too clever by half change by the Board.
