So my understanding from what you saying is that you are not happy with the result they have achieved, because they are not meeting your expectations.
However, is this means the company not achieve their target?which I doubt.

The quarterly has clearly stated the Q1 2022 result has exceed the Q1 2022 budget and they have acknowledged lower Q1 2022 is due to seasonality.

This company is doning what they have planned and promised, so to me the fundamental has not changed.
