if im reading and interpreting it correctly, see page 9 resolution 3. It seems as though the way the shares have been issued is only possible provided the company is under 300mil mc and not included in the asx 300. every chance that it is just a conspiracy theory but it could be that the cr was done to issue shares to institutions at that level as they were approached with a lot of interest however to issue that amount of shares easily the mc needs to stay below 300mil mc. as it currently sits the sp must be below 25c for this to occur
