Question for the AGM.
1. Noting the poor performance of the share price in the past 12 months, and the failure to meet implied our explicit timelines, how can the proposed remuneration package (including options) be considered reasonable? Of note and if approved, Mr Maluish will be remunerated at 11 times the Western Australian average salary, while having overseen a 1c rise in share price rise in 12 months.
2. Can you explain the reasoning behind the very low bar for option conversion with such long time lines? These appear to be unambitious and very generous and given such a low strike price would you agree that it indicates a lack of faith in value accrual to the broader market
