    30c exercise and 3 yers to get there - got to be kidding me

    Just to get us back to where we were in Feb - and everything above that is cream for them

    A nice little off-take agreement should get us to 60c / which results in $1m-$1.6m pay day to the team.

    I think I will be voting against the incentive plans for all, and I’m considering voting against the 10% placement - they can use the 15% placement for capex - forget selling more to their German mates.

    But I will reassess in the light of day
