If Directors know this company is finally starting to show signs of growth, why do they want additional 10% capacity to issue shares on top of the existing 15%? Makes no sense, no wonder the share price will never move, more dilution coming. It seems, that has been the plan all along, dilute it to nothing and take it over for peanuts. Resolution will pass, someone owns 75% of the company!!! ... shortly will be 100%. Thanks God I sold in last spike, been monitoring it, but I see no hope, I am stopping watching it, waste of time.
