Ive always thought that rather issue 5,500,000 performace rights and diluting other shareholders equity it may be better to say that "If you fo a good work...you get to keep your job" Such a recently listed company already heading down this road and "talking placements" already to further reduce existing holder equity. Come on management start the "walk the walk" process of announing something special.
