RESOLUTION 3 – ADOPTION OF INCENTIVE AWARDS PLAN
The Plan is a new employee incentive scheme and has not previously been approved by Shareholders.
The maximum number of Equity Securities proposed to be issued is 70,000,000, equivalent to 10% of the total number of Ordinary Equity Shares currently on issue (rounded up).
New employees get to share 10% of the company's success. I guess this is what Bill means by developing people as well. Bet the Resume Inbox must be full by now.
Any guesstimates of the post-consolidation SP in 12 months time?
