If Bill's vision of multi billion market cap comes through, 10% of $3B is $300M. That's a fair chunk of money.
If you pay peanuts, you hire monkeys, the company becomes a circus and then it turns into a shit show. Don't mind sharing the success and paying top dollar to hire the right people, but agree need more details on the strategy BEFORE the vote.
