    I feel the BOD are doing the same thing - no end in sight for them. I am reluctant to vote against issuing the BOD free shares - it will demotivate them even more. I've been banging on about the lack of direction/focus (apart from Tom) for well over a year now but alas it all falls on deaf ears.
