You are right, I thought it was only another 10mil employee performance incentives being issued, not another 55 mil shares (excluding iggy's 10mil) this is nearly a $5.2mil bonus that they are seeking approval from shareholders.

IMO this is over the top, if we see the PFS, the updated battery results and the green bonds launched (that are now 1 months overdue) the SP is going to be significantly higher then the current SP used in the notice of AGM (9c calculation)

@Maud'Dib - what are your thoughts on these rights?
