I like the structure of these performance rights. Gives a good incentive to get both the share price up, but also achieve sales, which for this financial year is $1m, or about 3x last financial year.
I'm still undecided how I feel about the actual targets though. $1m is great because it's a significant improvement over last year, but it still doesn't get us to break even I believe? Which means our performance target for the next year is actually Warwick's goal from 2 years ago...
But still, better than I've seen at other companies where the goals are something the company is already doing, or it already needs to do, and are an almost given. These goals are attainable but not necessarily easy, which is exactly what they should be.
