Cumulative total of Sales $8mil over 3 years and we will grant $2.88mil of free shares as performance bonus (based share price of 0.45)
Op ex will continue to rise over the next 3 years - so we are essentially saying - keep trading at a loss and you will get a bonus.
What is even more concerning is our COGS based on FY21 is 78% - essentially for every $1 of revenue it costs us 0.78c.........not liking the math for the issuance of performance bonus'
Happy with the performance bonus concept as tabled but need to measure on Net Profit not Gross Sales.
