It's disappointing that the board haven't come out and accepted a pay cut over the covid period, instead they are wanting freshly minted shares (diluting the shares) in lieu of pay. As well as having extremely low exercise prices for their options. Would have been nice to see Brent and the team to acknowledge Coivd and accept their performance was lowered >> and lower their renumeration
