TY Cheetah. I'm lead to believe and as they have previously stated, they are talking to numerous people, not only the Chinese. It was mentioned at the AGM, they have multiple CA (Confidentiality Agreements) signed and are not permitted to talk about those discussions until something is finalised.

. .... I just hope we can get it sooner than the anticipated 2 week period, Apparently the Convention negotiations are completed otherwise PG would not have returned to Perth.
May be PG has learnt from his recent "imminent" lesson. So this time he gave a more conservative timeframe of "two weeks" which could in fact mean a few days.
