Some excellent comentary people on another note pointed out to me do we really need a full BOD atm given we are projectless? EG- there was a definate advantage haveing PA on BOD as we got further down the road in Myanmar but i dont see any great advantage right now?
I also ponder that we may be alittle top heavy under current circumstances.
