I'm quite in favour of senior management/staff being paid in shares rather than cash. It gives them long term ownership of their role in helping the company perform.
Does it say over what period of time the share could/would be distributed? If it were that many shares PER YEAR - yes I'm concerned about the dilution rate. But if it were say over a 10 year period......yeah no concern at all.
GUYS PLEASE - stop throwing mud at each other like a bunch of 5yos and discuss the thread topic
