Hi Ppaton,

There is nothing preventing WKT management (if approved) from granting all of the shares in the first week, year, or in stages over the 3 year period.

What are your thoughts on the shares being granted to persons who provide services to WKT?
Do you think the payment of shares could be used to pay Jinpeng or their employees?

IMO Item B) is extremely broad, it could be paid for marketing, development, employees, drilling, exploration.

Shouldn't these expenses be paid out of WKT future earnings rather than diluting shareholders, or use the funds WKT currently has on hand?

We have had Blitz and other claim WKT has enough cash on hand, I find it extremely odd that these shareholders are now happy with the upto 5% of additional dilution.
