but his investment in MYR has not been good at all for PMV.
Down almost 50% from his purchase price.
I'd rather he invest in growing successful businesses with high ROE like Breviile, rather than structurally impaired poorly performing businesses like MYR.
even Warren Buffet has admiited to mistakes like when he bought airline stocks. Nobody is perfect.
Sol might with a lot of effort scrounge out a profit from MYR eventually, but Myer will never be a huge success story like other retailers.
I hate going in there these days. Usually impossible to get any help from anyone knowledgeable.
