hi Watermelon, I agree with your sentiment - not trying to get greedy. I also believe boards have a responsibility to all shareholders (not just bankers). all too easily I've seen it happen time again through other investments that the precedent set allows boards to think they can issue excessively year in and year out and dilute out the early backers. I can't see how a significant copper discovery in this low rate environment would struggle to get solid debt terms. I also believe existing investors would over subscribe any CR. so why the need to seek permission for up to 25% dilution without offering the business case. without further information to form a fully informed decision, I'll still be voting against it.
