I will certainly be voting against this proposed resolution and as a Top 20 holder will be calling Peter for a discussion. to ask your shareholders for permission to grant the board the ability to issue 25% of the company's shares in any one year is disgraceful. he may be planning significant financing to get us to mining but 25% dilution annually is scandalous! there is a reason ASIC limits this to 15%
