Doesnt mean there will be one or that they will issue the full 25%. Just gives them the option to issue up to 25% of the SOI within the next 12 months without needing multiple tranches, most companies who don’t have this ratified at their GM will still be able to issue the same amount but only 15% upfront and the next 10% would need to be ratified at a ad hoc AGM (like what HCH went through with the two tranches) so this would be beneficial in it wouldn’t drag out the raise for months.

If bottletree comes off I don’t see how they will need to issue 25% to fund exploration as the MC should be much higher.
