Probably a good idea, CDY doesn't have a good reputation.
More is needed though to attain maximum leverage from this change.
I think Nikki Somerset should be pushed up the tree to be head of sales and distribution, BCL operate a different mind set to the Cellmid team. I think Cellmid have done a good job developing product for their target markets but just can't sell, for that matter manage a P&L.
That's why I remain a buy, if that happens this will fly.
