    I've just voted 'NO' to this Annual General Meeting notice via Computershare.com/au. I hold only 500k shares

    I don't know how everyone feels of this proposition, but to me it just doesn't make sense, why would you consolidate your share to half and take market cap higher more dilution, making share further illiquid. CEO isn't making sound decision.

    We need updates on $10M Verity Greens ASAP from this management.
