Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form, page-2

Just watched the AGM on zoom. Talk about amateur hour. Didn't know who was going to chair the meeting. Didn't know what the course of business was. No agenda. Just a 15 second finance report saying prices should hold up and things should look better if the proposed expanded production occurs. Hope they can run a coal business better than they can run a meeting. Certainly wouldn't fill you full of confidence if you were thinking of investing in the company.
