No idea re David Streeter. Probably a good sign that they think there on to something so might work out for all of us but, on the face of it, it seems to smell a bit corrupt.
Just a reminder for everyone of the 2 strike rule on remuneration:

25% rejection of the remuneration report for 2 years in a row can potentially force a spill of the board by vote at the 2nd AGM. This might be our best chance of making change of which some have spoken. Better than a 50% hurdle per director re-election but even if there's not 25%, a significant statement from the minor shareholders may lead to some change.
