Just rambling now BW. No board member or employee of the company needs to physically visit a registered office. All meetings can be done virtually and any document signing can be done electronically or the company can nominate a signatory on behalf of the company upon approval. So the distance between registered and principal office is a mute one. You need to stop convoluting matters that is really very simple especially when your argument is resolved.
