Just reread the announcements. It seems they receive 300 million shares @ .015c which will add 4.5 mill in cash to the kitty. I presume a lot go to Jon, which is a good thing. I wondered why he came aboard. He would have been promised options, plus he knows we have the goods in the ground. We will have 1.1 billion SOI which is not a lot for a small miner which has been around a fair while. I'm going to vote yes, as its the way forward guys. As I've posted several times previously, I can see the SP between 4 and 10c in 2022. Yes, there will be another raise, however it will be on strong results with a much higher SP. A no vote would hobble GED moving forward. All IMO
