@Basileus The $312,000 was her directors ANNUAL 'fee/salary' for ownership of AGMPL Sholom was getting the same for being a director on her AGMPL board. David Austin was the 3rd member of AGMPL but it doesn't look like any fees were attributed to him unless that's covered under some other fee category.
So basically, she wants a whole year of fees without having given any notice !
Plus, they've stated that AGMPL's 'Services' wouldn't be replaced - so it gives the obvious impression that a combined $624,000 between her and her son annually is/has been wayyyy out of order ..
She can't have a single cent anyway because she elected to have her payoff in shares on condition of this being voted on at the AGM.
