Thanks QWERTY101. Wow the Mineral Resources exec salaries make Terracom salaries look cheap. I was also comparing to Whitehaven as well. Both of these companies are much bigger. As you would expect the CEO salaries are much higher - $3.5m at Whitehaven and $4.8m at Mineral Resources vs $1.3m at Terracom. Board fees seem similar at $1.4m at Whitehaven and $0.9m at Mineral Resources compared to $1.0m at Terracom. That is a little odd - you would expect a smaller company to have lower fees.

What I have noticed though is that Terracom spent $1.95m on audit fees last year, compared to $0.8m at Mineral Resources and $1.0m at Whitehaven. To me that is mindboggling - how they can blow twice as much on what is effectively a commodity service?

What I was looking for was good reference companies of a similar size so I can see if the noise around exec salaries is fact based and Terracom execs are overpaid compared to their peers or just the fact that in general all Execs get paid a ridiculous amount of money and the Terracom execs don't appear to be doing a great job. Any suggestions appreciated.
