48% of votes were cast against the remuneration report at the last AGM in November 2020. The share price that day was 0.026. Since then the share price has dropped 46% to an all time low and is currently sitting 35% down on that sunny day in November 2020.
The Company's management have failed to bring in even one new customer, and it's top two employees have side gigs.
Hard to see a good reason for a reduction in the number of votes against the remuneration report and certainly not below 25%.
