Not so sure i agree with these performance shares for the top bosses. Don’t mind giving them the shares if they reach the main share price target but giving them a reduced amount of shares for a reduced share price increase doesn’t seem right. These guys are already on good dollars and already hold lots of shares. Seeing their own shares increase in value should be an incentive in its self for them.
For the average share holder we have been stuck in the high 30’s to low 40’s for quite some time now with no reward for our patience and loyalty. I would like to see a decent share price increase before we are offset by further dilution. Even their top target of high 60’s doesn’t seem enough for me to reward them with more shares. Get the price to a dollar and then come looking for your reward. Its a big NO vote from me for the free performance shares.
