    "These options will vest and become exercisable when the
    Enterprise Value of the Company reaches at least
    USD$400 million."

    EV as of today is AU$136.3m

    USD$400m EV is AUD$536.7m EV

    That's a 294% increase, which means the options can only get exercised at exactly AUD$1

    Nice.
