Yes I noticed that too, I don't think capital raise would classify, otherwise it would be outright fraud against existing shareholders.
I think it means they are anticipating FLC will get a US$50m+ equity investment in the future from another fund or company.
What I don't know is whether this is equity or convertible notes, I hope it means the former.
This is something that should be clarified at the AGM.
