    not required if taking up SPP. I feel your anger but I seriously want to see Amos hungry as hell. This is the way to do it. Also note that his options are out of the money. Many companies issue CEO shares which are already in the money. Anyway there is no correct answe here and it will come down to a vote which he may well loose. If he does lose it then he will get a big pay rise to make up for it. There is no win win here.
