It takes me back to this interview below, from the 38 min mark, you'll hear Amos say that he & the directors are ready to put their money where their mouth is, which is evident above. Yes, the money from Adoram came from an outside entity he has an interest in, not money directly out of his pocket, but he's still backing the company financially.
To me, I think the BoD are serious & they mean business.
