Only a few questions and no discussion on Lee Schofield's departure other than a comment that they wished him well for the future.

From memory, questions and responses were:

• What threat from Cobham's expansion in Queensland and Darwin - Alliance always has faced competition and they backed themselves to compete effectively.
• Should the F50's have been written down in 2021 - No based on expected use as at June 21 they still supported the carrying value, it was only subsequently when customers said they didn't want to use them anymore that the decision was made to quit them. F100's will be fully written off over the remaining 7 to 10 years expected life.
• When will ACCC reach a decision on Qantas application - no comment other than 1 December the next public update published by ACCC.
• What impact is the reduced Qantas wet lease flying of the E190's having - was signaled in the annual report that having an impact but nothing more to report. Once all E190's flying by April 2023, expect significant lift in profit and cashflow.
• Will a dividend be paid for FY 23 - directors note the importance of paying a dividend and will be considering it seriously, but can't make any promises.

Other points (may be covered in the speeches released to ASX):

• Adelaide to only have E190's flying from the end of the year, F100's to be relocated
• Third E190 dry leased to AirNorth
• Some slippage in E190 deployment (10 weeks?) but expected all to be delivered by Feb 2023.
