    The former BDC directors have commited $1m to fund Edge. If the deal gets voted down then Edge will pay TKM for services rendered. No loss to TKM and Edge will reimburse the expenditure to the directors upon listing imo.

    I think the vote to merge is a mere formality, as in the saying "Never ask a question you don't already know the answer to"
