When Derek became CEO, the share price was trading at approximately 10 cents. 12 months on and we are at 6 cents, a 40% reduction. We have had a share placement at 11.5 cents and if memory serves me right he is the only director not to have bought any stock and by memory the only director that didn’t participate in the capital raise at 11.5 cents
News flow has been very disappointing on multiple fronts. The announcement on the 21st July said a major exploration push across all our projects for the second half of 2022 and we are yet to receive any news flow from this front.

Derek has an annual salary of $260,000 while shareholders have seen a 40% reduction in share price since his commencement.
The boards performance over the 12 months in my opinion does not warrant an increase in the non-exec directors fee pool and I will be definitely voting against this.

In my opinion, if Derek does not deliver asap based on the announcement made on the 21st July it’s time for him to go. For a man earning that kind of money, I for one would expect a whole lot more!!
