Instead of focusing on the lithium potential while the market interest was booming in the lithium space he focused on the potential “compelling vms discovery” at valley of the gossens. What happened to that lol?
The other thing to note was the acquisition for the tenement from Pilbara minerals had an estimated issue date of 30th September at an issue price of 8.2c based on the vwap at the time of the agreement but had another condition that the final consideration amount would also be subject to the 20 day vwap 3 days before the settlement date with the lesser of the two conditions being the satisfactory one. Well based on this price level we know which condition is going to win and that just means more shares issued to Pilbara minerals and more dilution to us shareholders so well done Derek, why wouldn’t we vote to increase directors fees LOL
