Received a call from Computershare asking which way I intended to vote as an Edge shareholder. I said I would prefer an ipo rather than get about 12 cents per share from TKM for my Edge shares, based on the current TKM share price, though expect the deal to get passed at the meeting.

At least 4 holes completed at the manganese project out of about 20 planned holes, at least that's what I've been told by someone up Newman way. I guess at this stage there is no need for TKM to announce the drilling program, as until the merger is passed, TKM is just a contractor carrying out work on behalf of Edge, though it may be worth letting TKM shareholders know that the company has started work on a potential future project. It may help silence some of the current negative sentiment holders have expressed here lately.
