Had a good read of the notice of meeting and have come to the conclusion of how I will vote. Suggest holders think carefully before lodging there votes. There has been no drilling since November 2021, but talk of drill ready targets! There have been few updates over the last year as to what is going on except around Hendeka [ I believe manganese is good ] Money was raised at 11.5 cents at the end of last year, now selling at 6.7 cents. I look at the mess over at GRV and TNG of late and the value lost! My conclusion is to vote against the re appointment of Tony Leibowitz, the election of Valerie Hodgins, the renewal of Incentive Performance and the doubling in Non Exec Directors Pool. HAPPY VOTING!
